A Culinary Inspirations Cooking Class is a
fun and entertaining method of exploring
the world of cooking.

The Coordinator

As the coordinator (host/hostess) of the Culinary Inspirations experience, you receive all the tools necessary to host an engaging, educational, and entertaining experience. We provide you with Invitation Postcards to send to your invited guests, Gift Certificate Invitations, Coordinator Guest List (to track your invites), Coordinator Guidelines and Policies, and a Count Down Planner (giving you a timeline of events leading up to the party.) Your Chef Instructor will work closely with you to ensure a successful, enjoyable event.

The Professional Chef

Your Chef will provide professional instruction including “tricks of the trade” insights, special techniques, and lots of food trivia, all contributing to the thoroughly entertaining atmosphere. Don’t forget the gourmet food. Your chef also handles all of the grocery shopping and equipment requirements, so you can enjoy your Culinary Inspirations experience along with your guests.

The Guest  

Each guest will receive high quality, full color recipe cards that include all the information they need to recreate the featured recipes in their own kitchens. The cards list the pantry ingredients, fresh groceries, mise en place, and utensils needed to prepare the selected recipes. Where appropriate, there are “do ahead tips”, recipe variations, and “light versions”. There is also a full color photo of the finished dish, plated in professional style.

Classes

Classes vary in size and curriculum based on your kitchen’s capability to facilitate the group. There is a suggested class size of six to twelve students, which provides the “critical mass” needed to enable an entertaining atmosphere, while ensuring that everyone gets to participate.

Too few students, and the level of excitement can wane. Too many, and students may feel they are not part of the class. At Culinary Inspirations, we try to get everyone involved.

Classes can be strictly demonstration, or fully interactive, depending on kitchen layout, your vision for the group, and their willingness to participate. Choose from a wide variety of available curriculum covering all types of cuisine including:
